You Can’t Run Forever

Running is one of the most effective mental health reset tools there is. It clears your head, reduces stress, and gives you space to process what’s going on. Personally, it helps me look good naked… but here’s the reality: you can’t run forever. At some point, the run ends, the watch stops, and whatever’s in your life is still there waiting for you, alongside Strava kudos and Instagram likes.
